Potash Corp. as the largest fertilizer producer in the world is now available for bid. As one of the most influencing corporations in the world, Potash Corp. is always being the aim for many great businesses to bid on it. However the bids that are coming is considered just too cheap in which then the corporation is still seeking for the richer bidder to fill the price requirements. And yes, this availability of Potash Corp. on the stakeholder market becomes a new hot issue in today’s business world.
There is no need to be a business expert just to figure out how big Potash Corp. actually is. And for being the biggest customer for their product, it is no wonder that Potash has made their own way not to let the China taking control the market by owning Potash Corporation. It is about the 30% of the fertilizer consumption taken by the China, which simply made the country being the most benefited as if they can tae control over the company.
